Anthem to the Colours of Dawn
The wind carries a morning breeze,
As the shadows of this night,
Circle around swaying trees,
And dance their death rite...
Below great leaftops that gaze,
Where the sun does spawn,
And the velvet light plays,
An anthem to the colours of dawn
Trollwoods' Verge
Shielded by the tallest of trees,
Surveilled by the heavens above,
The trollwoods' verge breathes,
Withholding a poet's love
Escalated from the ground below,
The sanctuary touches the skies,
If he who walks this plateau,
Only chooses to close his eyes
The sun ascending from beyond,
Lits ablaze this place of old,
Governs the sky like a diamond,
And turns green into gold
In this verdant kingdom,
Through the planes of grass,
Silence whispers a wisdom,
That no man ever has
Sunset sceneries
'Yond the horizon the golden eye disappears,
Still it reaches its arms into the sphere,
That is the great celestial ocean
Underneath the mirror of nature's course,
We are enthralled by this arcane force,
That sets many a thing into motion
Striding across root, stock and stone,
Ardently we seek to unveil the unknown,
That summons this otherworldly notion
The silhouettes of light now become strewn,
Fading into the night before a rising moon,
That sets a scene for many an emotion
