Cave Horrors 
Cave Horrorit ovat Mos Le'Harmessin luolissa asustavia slayer olentoja, joiden tappamiseen vaaditaan 58 slayer, sekä Witchwood icon suojaamaan niiden kiljumiselta. Ilman iconia saat paljon damagea, joten älä kuvittelekkaan näiden tappamista ilman sitä. Vaikka horroreiden iskut näyttävät melee-iskuilta, ne ovat tosiasiassa Magic-pohjaisia ja näin ollen niiltä voi suojautua Protection from Melee-prayerillä. muista ottaa bullseye lantern.
